ANUPAMA ADHIKARI

Research Associate

Anupama is a research associate at PEI, actively contributing to the RENT (Responding to Nepal’s Federal Transition) Project and other in-house projects to address complex challenges and positively impact Nepal’s federal transition. She has experience in survey design, data management, and analytical research; she is also proficient in data collection and analysis tools such as Survey CTO, Kobo Collect, STATA, and R.


Beyond her professional endeavors, Anupama is deeply committed to social causes, with extensive experience in NGO work, community engagement, and volunteering. She is also the co-founder of Youth for Blood Junior, a platform dedicated to training school children in leadership programs.


She holds double Bachelor’s degrees in Economics from Kathmandu University and Arts and Humanities with a major in Psychology and a minor in English Literature from Tribhuvan University. 


In addition to her professional pursuits, Anupama balances her passion for academia and research with an active lifestyle. A fitness enthusiast, she engages in weightlifting, embraces nature through hiking and running, and enjoys indulging in her love for movies across genres.
